Tell Me Thursday

The shot for Wordless Wednesday was of a small fly that had landed on me as I was checking the progress my 15 year old was making on shaving the goats for summer.
I had my camera because we had a couple of kids that were going up for sale and when this hover fly kept visiting me I decided to see how close I could get without the shot being blurry.
Of course that lead to an impromptu study of the insect. :)

Awesome shot… an insect from that view is much more interesting! I’d have never known that was a small fly without your description! Thanks for participating in Tell Me Thursday… I look forward to more of your photos and stories. =)

Wow - what a great clear shot! I’m sure that wouldn’t have been my first reaction to seeing him on my arm - shoo would have been more like it. :-)

Thanks so much for your participation in TMT too - Can’t wait to see and hear more in the weeks to come!

I really like the idea of the stories behind the pics!
